FCIAC to honor John Kuczo, Ralph King with testimonial dinner on Oct. 5

The FCIAC will honor John Kuczo and Ralph King for the many years of dedication to the conference, with a testimonial dinner on Wednesday, Oct. 5, at the Norwalk Inn.

The evening will begin with a social hour from 6-7 p.m. in the atrium, followed by dinner and program in the main banquet facility. The program will conclude by 9 p.m.

Kuczo and King retired from their administrative careers of guiding the FCIAC earlier this season. Kuczo became the executive secretary, or commissioner, of the conference in 1978 and held the post for 39 years.

King retired from the Norwalk school system in 1996 and teamed up with Kuczo as the FCIAC’s  assistant executive secretary, also known as assistant commissioner, and held that post for 20 years.
