Fairfield Warde took home five indibidual titles and placed second as a team at the FCIAC championships. Fairfield Warde wrestling used a strong performance in the FCIAC finals to edge Trumbull High for second place behind team champion Danbury High at New Canaan on Saturday. Tim Kane commemorates his feat with teammates. Fairfield Warde's Tim Kane surpassed Pharoah Eaton's (2013) career record of 164 wins on Friday. Kane went 4-0 on the day to finish up the day with 167 career wins. Kane (167-7) has won consecutive State Open and Class L state titles, as well as a New England championship.
