Early in the fourth quarter of New Canaan’s boys basketball game against the Ludlowe Falcons on Friday, Ram junior Matt Brand stole a pass and got the ball ahead to senior co-captain Luke Rwambuya, who then dished off to junior Ryan McAleer for an easy lay-up.
On the next series, McAleer drove the lane and sent a no-look pass to Brand for another bucket.
The two plays, part of the Rams’ 39-26 victory over Ludlowe at NCHS, were indicative of a what has become a recurring theme for New Canaan: Everyone is involved, all the time.
