When the Wilton boys basketball team finally stepped onto the court for its season opener against Norwalk in late February, there was a bit of disbelief among the Warriors players.
Who could blame them?
After going 316 days since their last game, the Warriors had suited up exactly once, for conditioning drills, on Jan. 19 before being shut down for two weeks due to a COVID outbreak at Wilton High.
