NEW BRITAIN — At around 10:45 Thursday morning, Danbury senior Abigail Copeland ran the third leg of the team’s 4×100-meter race at the CIAC State Open in Willow Brook Park.
The team’s time of 50.05 seconds earned Danbury its first point of its later-to-be meet-winning score of 44 points.
