TRUMBULL — Windsor never forgot about the loss to St. Joseph back in September. In fact, it fueled the Warriors on to gain a spot in the CIAC Class L state playoffs.
The Warriors believed they beat themselves in that loss and even in the rematch, trailing big on the road at halftime Sunday afternoon, they still believed a comeback was possible. Windsor was able to do just that to earn a spot in the championship game.
