The seeds and quarterfinal match-ups have been set for the FCIAC girls soccer tournament, which gets underway on Thursday at the home fields of the top four seeds.
St. Joseph (14-0-1) defeated Danbury 7-0 on Monday to complete an unbeaten regular season, while New Canaan (7-5-3) earned the No. 8 seed via a tiebreaker with Brien McMahon.

Quarterfinals – Thursday, Oct. 26
No. 8 New Canaan (7-5-3) at No. 1 St. Joseph (14-0-1), 2:30 p.m.
No. 7 Trumbull (7-4-4) at No. 2 Staples (11-1-3), 3:30 p.m.
No. 6 Darien (8-5-2) at No. 3 Greenwich (10-1-4), 4 p.m.
No. 5 Ridgefield (8-2-5) at No. 4 Ludlowe (10-4-1), 4:30 p.m.
Semifinals – Monday, Oct. 30
At New Canaan HS, 5 and 7 p.m.
Final – Thursday, Nov. 2
At New Canaan HS, 7 p.m.
