Watch Ludowe vs. Stamford girls lacrosse today on HAN

Lacrosse and softball are in the HAN Network spotlight this week, as three games will carried live from Monday through Wednesday.

First up is a girls lacrosse game between the Ludlowe Falcons and Stamford Black Knights at 4 p.m., Monday, at Ludlowe’s Taft Field.

Ludlowe comes in with records of 3-3 overall and 1-3 in the FCIAC. The Falcons won back-to-back games against Lauralton Hall 10-8, and Danbury 17-11, before losing to Wilton 16-6 on Saturday.

Stamford is 0-4 overall and 0-3 in FCIAC play. The Knights are coming off a tough game with Danbury, as they fell to the Hatters 11-9 last Thursday.

 

Coverage can be seen at FCIAC.net and the HAN Network’s website, as well as on all of the Network’s affiliate sites, with coverage beginning 10 minutes before the start of the game. The game will also be simulcast live on Frontier Communications’ Vantage Sports Network (Chs. 600/1600) and you can watch it on the HAN Network mobile app.

On Tuesday, the HAN Network will be in Greenwich for a boys lacrosse game between the Cardinals and the visiting Staples Wreckers at 4 p.m.

Greenwich is 4-2 overall and 3-1 in the FCIAC, while Staples is 3-0 overall and 2-0 on league play.

The HAN Network moves to the softball diamond on Wednesday as the New Canaan Rams take on the undefeated Black Knights at Stamford High School. The first pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m.

New Canaan is 3-2 overall and 2-1 in the FCIAC, while Stamford is still perfect at 6-0 overall and 3-0 in the conference.
